The user can effortlessly request assistance from his administrator.
To ask for administrator's assistance:
Select Help|Request Administrator's Assistance. The request was sent to the administrator.
The administrator can monitor the user's session and may intervene if he deems necessary. This intervention may result in administrator's input appearing on this user's screen. The user receives a notification when the administrator begins monitoring the session.
Note: During this monitoring session (as well as all other times) the user may contact the administrator by sending him a message.
