Printing Properties

The user chooses to which device to send the output.

To designate the output destination:

  1. Select Connection|Printing Properties. The Printing Properties dialog box is displayed.

  2. Select the device where to send the output.

  3. Click OK.

Option

Sends the Output

None

No destination was assigned.

File

To the file you selected (via browsing) in the File Name text box. If a file of the same name exists, you can choose to add the new data to it, or to create a new file. To add the data, click the Append option; to create a new file, click the Overwrite option. See Advanced Printing.

Device

To the parallel port (LPT1/ LPT2) you designate. Stipulate Use Form Feed to perform a form feed in the event that one was not executed. See Advanced Printing.

System Print Manager

To the standard Windows Print Manager which enables you to choose from one of the available local or network printers. Select Use Host Value / Use Default or stipulate the desired values for rows and columns. Select Bold Font if this attribute is desired.
