PowerTerm Java Client provides messaging for communicating between all active PowerTerm clients (including the Administration Tool user) on the intranet.
1. Click Messaging. The Send Message dialog appears.
2. Designate a single recipient in the To field or multiple recipients through the Recipient option.
3. Type the message text in the Message field.
4. Select the appropriate Reply Mode.
5. Click Send.
To: Name of recipient.
Message: Text of message being sent.
Recipients (User, Groups, All): The individual or group receiving the message.
Reply Mode (Optional Reply, Reply, No Reply): Reply options available to the recipient.
