PowerTerm WebConnect Server enables the administrator to map PC keys to host keys in order to emulate the host terminal keyboard. This mapping is stored on the PowerTerm WebConnect Server with other connection settings.
To view the Keyboard Mapping:
Establish connection to the host.
Select Options | Keyboard Map to see the active key mapping scheme or click on the Keyboard Map button. The Keyboard Mapping dialog box is displayed.
Slide the mouse pointer over the different keys. The bottom line of the dialog box shows you the corresponding PC and terminal keys. For example, if you point to the "t " key of the VT Keyboard, you see that the corresponding PC key is "T".
Slide the mouse pointer over the arbitrary key and wait a second. The tool tip appears and shows the terminal key for this key. In the case when this key is mapped to Script Command you see the command text.
